World Vets Paraguay: September 2013

Follow the link below to photos from the World Vets trip Dr Harper led to Paraguay. It was quite an amazing experience…the most needy community Dr Harper has visited to date!
A team of 10 volunteers from the U.S and Canada did 163 spays and neuters in 3 days and Dr Harper gave a presentation on spay/neuter surgery techniques to 80 veterinarians and vet students in Paraguay that wanted to learn how they can help the huge dog and cat overpopulation problem there.
